What does your money go towards?
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated! Below gives you an idea of items that monetary donations go towards for each program to help our fellow community members.
General Donations
- $20 for yearly non-profit registration with the state
- $20 for yearly website domain fee
- Any programs that are in need of donations
Firewood Program
- $75 per "rick" (4x8x2' area of stacked firewood)
- Maintenance of CommunityWorx equipment
Christmas Wishes Program
- $2 for 2 crafts for a ChristmasWishes child to enjoy at the Celebration
- $10 for a pack of address labels - Need approximately 2,000 labels per year.
- $234 for 3 sets of ink cartridges to print tags and parent letters each season
- $100 for 4 bras for a teenage girl participating in the program
- $25 for a hygiene bag for a teenage boy
- $30 for a hygiene bag for a teenage girl
- $150 for a child's wish list of 2 fun items, a pair of shoes, 2 clothing items, socks, and underwear
- $15 for a parent gift for a CW child to give to their parent
Gap Program
- $159 for child-sized twin mattress
- $209 for adult-sized twin mattress
- $10 for LiceFreee! Spray
- $15 for a bottle of laundry detergent
- $3.25 for a gallon of gas (varies with market)
Workdays
- $5 for a pack of thank you notes to send to soldiers serving our country
- $10 for a bag of mulch
- $38 for a gallon of paint
